Denver, CO – 3Lines' Orbit Fund has invested in Reddy.IO, an AI-powered Customer Experience (CX) platform. Reddy.IO's platform supports thousands of agents, primarily in near-shore Fortune 500 call centers. Reddy.IO has successfully landed initial contracts with a number of major enterprises and BPOs like Morgan & Morgan, Harte Hanks, Transcend, Grubhub, Infinity Sales Group and active pilots with Lowe’s, Telus and a few others.
The leadership team comprises of Adam Levin (Co-Founder & CEO), who successfully sold TCV in ed-tech, Tom Lewis (Chief Customer Officer), who scaled SmartAction's Voice AI revenue and led a successful exit, and Jake Dube (Co-Founder & CTO), who built an internal LLM automation tool and led Reddy.IO's development.
