Aarna Networks Inc Acquired by Armada Inc

Denver, CO – We are pleased to announce the acquisition of Aarna Networks Inc. by Armada Inc., an edge computing service provider operating in over 100 countries. 3Lines Fund III - Orbit Fund invested in Aarna in October 2023, represented the Board to provide operational and growth advice to the company along with investment partners from NVIDIA, SVQ and LDVP.

Aarna Networks specialized in Cloud Management Software to GPU as a Service providers that included Neoclouds, sovereign clouds, and Enterprise AI factory builders. The company quickly gained traction in the market with its cloud orchestration of GPUs. This early success and the potential for accelerated global scaling led to an inbound interest from Armada.
